Restarting definitely works! It's tougher than the first time but in just 21 days I've already clawed back 1st 3lb of weight loss and my BMI is now just 24.4 (21.1% fat). I'm seeing inches fall off all the places I've gained too. Thanks Alevere! I'll be ready to move to stabilisation after just a month of coming back on the diet!
